Is this the same as a standard First Aid/CPR course?

EFR goes beyond standard training by focusing on practical, real-world scenarios with hands-on practice. It meets workplace and dive-related first aid requirements.

Will I receive a certification after the course?

Yes, upon completion, you’ll receive an Emergency First Response® certification valid for 24 months.

Is there any studying I need to do beforehand?

You’ll receive access to course materials before your session. You’re encouraged to review them in advance, but everything will also be covered during the 1-day course.
