What You’ll Learn:
• Perfecting Weighting: Learn how to determine the right amount of weight—and where to place it—for optimal balance.
• Trim & Streamlining: Adjust your positioning and gear setup to reduce drag and move efficiently.
• Buoyancy Control Skills: Practice controlled ascents and descents, hovering in any position, and staying neutrally buoyant throughout a dive.
• Environmental Awareness: Refine your buoyancy to avoid contact with the reef or bottom and become a more eco-friendly diver.
Course Includes:
• Two open water dives focused on buoyancy skills
• Evaluation and adjustment of your current weighting and trim
• Practice hovering, fin pivoting, and controlled movement
• Tips to improve air consumption through better control
Prerequisites:
• PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent)
• Minimum age: 10 years
